The 33rd edition of the JN | LEILOSOC® Cycling Grand Prix will take place until Sunday, September 1st. Since 2018, LEILOSOC® has been the main sponsor of this sporting event, organized by JN.
The LEILOSOC® experience in supporting national cycling initiatives in recent years has been enriching. We have believed in and supported the Cycling Grand Prix’s O JOGO | LEILOSOC®, JN | LEILOSOC® and Douro Internacional. Therefore, this sponsorship allows the LEILOSOC® brand to be closer to people and their territories.
This 33rd edition will certainly provide yet another unique and admirable sporting experience. This Grand Prix is spread over eight days and will again focus on municipalities in the North and Centre regions. The eight stages will pass through Albergaria-a-Velha, Vila Nova Gaia, Gondomar, Porto, Ovar, Guimarães, Viana do Castelo, Valongo and Maia. Thus, over 1,177.2 kilometres, cyclists and supporters will follow yet another race cycling from Alto Minho to Aveiro.
This edition features several hills, fast stages (ideal for breakaways or sprint finishes) and two mountain stages. With each pedal stroke and race after race, the pelotons and athletes demonstrate values of resilience, perseverance and companionship. This is reflected in all the entities involved in the organization of this JN | LEILOSOC® Cycling Grand Prix.
Initiatives like this foster the national sporting tradition. They also encourage athletes, teams, fans, municipalities and brands to continually contribute to the growth of cycling. The evolution, both nationally and internationally, has been reflected in excellent events and unique spectacles.
Above all, it is worth highlighting the continuous support that JN has given to this sport. Another year with new stages to win the hearts of new fans. It is easy to recognize the existence of the collective will to make cycling an increasingly practiced and loved sport.
