If you wish to participate in an Live Auction, you must follow the following steps:
1. Register for the Live Auction
You must properly register for the Live Auction in which you want to participate. You can register in the following ways:
- Online Registration – If you already have an account at Leilosoc.com, you can register in advance on the Auction page
- In-person Registration – Your registration for the Auction will be carried out on the day of the auction by LEILOSOC® employees.
This record must contain all the identification elements necessary for issuing the Invoice and/or preparing the Promise Purchase and Sale Contract, such as name, address, C.C./ID number. and tax identification number.
By registering for the In-Person Auction, the interested party is expressly declaring that they know and accept the General Conditions of Sale.
2. Deposit Payment
- The deposit is worth €1,000.00 (one thousand euros).
- The deposit must be paid through:
- Check payable to ISEGORIA CAPITAL, S.A. (LEILOSOC® Worldwide)
- Bank transfer in favor of ISEGORIA CAPITAL, S.A.(LEILOSOC® Worldwide) to IBAN PT50 0033 0000 4521 1483 8850 5.
After receipt of the proof and respective confirmation of the deposit payment, the bidder’s prior registration will be approved to bid exclusively at the In-Person Auction for which he/she registered.
3. Bid
- When bidding, the bidder assumes all obligations and responsibilities arising from such an act, namely acquiring the good for the value offered, in accordance with what is established by law and in the General Conditions of Sale.
- Bids must be made clearly, loudly and with the racket clearly visible, so as not to raise doubts.
The Pre-Bids
The Live Auction is normally preceded, except in exceptional cases, by a Pre-Biding period, which begins 7 days before the auction date, and ends 24 hours before it.
To participate in the pre-bids, you must register in advance at the Auction and pay the deposit in the amount of € 1,000.00. Prior Registration will be approved after sending Proof of Payment.
If the deposit payment is made by check, it must be sent to the following address:

If the deposit payment is made via bank transfer, the respective proof of transfer must be sent to the following email: geral@leilosoc.com, with the subject: Proc. (insert process number) // Insolvent (insert name of the Insolvent) – Proof of Deposit Payment.
After sending Proof of Deposit Payment, your Prior Registration will be approved. After approval, you will be able to participate in pre-bids, as well as in the In-person Auction.
It is important to remember that pre-bids do not guarantee any award of assets, and we advise you to be present on the day of the auction, in order to guarantee your best proposal!
