Private Negotiation consists of the submission of OFFERS BY PRIVATE NEGOTIATION, where the interested parties must send the same in writing and address their offers to LEILOSOC® Worldwide by the last day of the sale diligence, by e-mail to geral@leilosoc.com or by letter to the headquarters of LEILOSOC® (Rua D. João IV, 340, 4000-298 Porto), containing the identification of the item and the name of the file, as well as:
- Name, address/ company address, tax identification number, telephone and e-mail.
- Identification of the lot and its offered value, expressed in euros.
- Indication that the bidder knows and accepts the conditions of sale.
